Social Enterprise Academy is an approved provider of National and Endorsed Awards by the City and Guilds Group through ILM, a worldwide professional body dedicated to raising leadership and management capability.

This programme offers the opportunity to achieve the ILM Award in Leadership.

The qualification provides 6 credits at level 5 on the Regulated Qualifications Framework (RQF) and level 9 on the Scottish Credit and Qualifications Framework (SCQF). There is normally an additional cost for the qualification, and you can register for it either during or at the end of your programme.

The Award in Leadership is designed to:

·         Develop your understanding of leadership theories and how this understanding can be used to improve your own leadership practice

·         Take you on a unique leadership journey using various techniques to develop and practice your leadership skills in your workplace
