What should we expect?

The Social Enterprise Academy’s 2021 Dragons’ Den competitions offer an exciting, fun and informal way to encourage young social entrepreneurs to share their ideas and gain valuable support to start up a social enterprise in their education setting.

This year, whilst we are unable to hold a live event, young pupil have the opportunity to pre-record their pitch and send their video to our supportive panel of Dragons, receive valuable feedback and a chance to win £100 seed funding to spark their social business!!  

What are the Dragons looking for?

• Evidence of your commitment to your social purpose
• An enterprising and innovative business model 
• A strong and well-considered business plan 

Soon after you register your schools interest, your local Coordinator will contact you with more information and to offer to arrange a pupil workshop, access to resources and support to help your young people develop their ideas and build them into a business plan.
