Learning to Change the World
We are once again delighted to be working in partnership with DYW Moray to provide young people (nursery, primary, secondary and ASN schools) with a transformative learning opportunity. Could your social enterprise idea convince the dragons? Come along to present your ideas, answer some questions, receive some feedback and be in with the chance to win funding. Through doing this, young people will develop key employability skills whilst aspiring to affect ongoing social change in their communities and beyond.
What is a Dragons' Den?
Young people plan, prepare and 'pitch' their social enterprise ideas to a real audience. They may have already launched their social enterprise or are just presenting their ideas. Either way, enter our Dragons' Den to gain valuable feedback from our friendly Dragons and be in with a chance to win a cash prize to be able to start developing or fund your social enterprise venture!
What should we expect?
The Social Enterprise Academy's Dragons' Den competitions offer an exciting, fun and informal way to encourage young social entrepreneurs to share their ideas, develop valuable skills and gain support for their social enterprise.
Young people have the opportunity to pitch their idea to our supportive panel of Dragons', receive valuable feedback and a chance to win up to £200 seed funding to spark their social business!
