Being a senior leader gives you incredible opportunity to make a difference in your work. You shape impact and support individuals and teams to excel. However, the role of a senior leader can also be complex, juggling competing priorities and needs.
This programme offers important space and time to reflect and think about what it means to be a senior leader. It’s a chance to learn from and with other leaders while gaining practical skills you can take with you. It will support you in exploring the priority areas for senior leaders and help you strengthen your own leadership to build stronger and more resilient organisations. The programme uses a mix of approaches including group-work, coaching, action learning sets, guest speakers and supported self-reflection
Who is it for?
This programme has been designed for current senior leaders in social enterprises and non-profit organisations. It is aimed at those who identify as Senior Leaders, namely CEO, Chief Operationg Officers and Managing Directors
