In this programme you will take time to develop your understanding of what leadership is and explore the kind of leader you want to become. You’ll connect with other returning volunteers and share valuable experiences as you start your leadership journey.
You will:
•Learn from your actions and experiences•Create mutual benefit from sharing your experiences in your group•Have the courage to try new ways of being and operating•Review with peers and colleagues all the new insights and lessons you learn•Reflect on your leadership strengths and gain confidence in your own leadership•Discover how you can lead yourself and others with greater purpose and live your values•Access a playlist on Mindtools specifically created for this programme and attend facilitated sessionsProgramme Details

Ewen Munro After twenty years in international textile design, Ewen moved to the world of youth work, studying for his Honours Degree whilst working for the Anglican Church in Huddersfield, West Yorkshire. Further to this, Ewen held the developmental post of Senior Youth Worker with Hope 2 Oban (H20), a Christian youth work charity, for over a decade.
