This November, come to Dundreggan to meet and plan with like-minded people to build community-led climate change initiatives with focus on active and sustainable travel in your communities. Meals and an overnight stay are included on this fully funded programme.

- Become confident in your ability to initiate and deliver community-led sustainable travel projects.
- Empower yourself to be heard in the planning of local and national responses to the climate emergency.
- Become a local champion for the adoption of active and sustainable travel

Highlands & Islands Climate Hub
The Highlands & Islands Climate Hub is funded by the Scottish Government and has the purpose of supporting community-led climate action across the region. The Hub is part of a network of 24 Climate Action Hubs across Scotland which support communities to make a just transition towards net zero and support a climate ready Scotland.
They operate across the Highlands and the Northern Isles of Orkney and Shetland with their team ready to assist communities in their climate action journey. From developing new projects with a specific climate action focus or working with community groups to embed more climate friendly behaviours into their existing work. From community engagement, climate action plans, net zero policies to design, development and delivery of a project they lend additional capacity, support and advice.
Who is it for?
This programme consists of two days, with an overnight stay at the Dundreggan Rewilding Centre in Glenmoriston and is designed for individuals interested in developing an active travel initiative in their community in the Highland Council area.

Delivery Method: This programme will be delivered in person at the Dundreggan Rewilding Centre, Dundreggan Estate, Glenmoriston, Inverness, IV63 7YJ, and includes all meals and an overnight stay.Cost: Fully Funded by the Highlands & Islands Climate Hub CLLD Funding (i.e. no cost to participating individuals or organisations)

Your Facilitator
Your facilitator for this programme is Cat Morrison.
Catriona Morrison is a Business Advisor with Impact Hub Inverness. She previously worked as the Business Development Manager at Spartans Community Football Academy, a thriving social enterprise and charity in North Edinburgh. Her passion is sport. As a professional triathlete, she competed internationally for 15 years gaining World and European titles in the process. She has worked in sports development for local government and in sport for development in the third sector.
