This programme will offer space for learners to develop their leadership practice, as well as gaining practical skills and tools that they can take back to their day-to-day work, with their teams, stakeholders and beneficiaries.  As with all Academy programmes, self-reflection and developing an awareness and understanding of self is key, and there will be time built into the programme for reflection and embedding learning in between the learning days.
