This programme will focus on providing the Resident Committee group with an insight to various leadership approaches, models and techniques with an opportunity to identify how they can embed the identified key themes and behaviours during their committee meetings.

The sessions will be highly interactive and grounded in application to help drive and support CAHA key business goals.
