Introduction to Leadership is a one-day programme, which provides you with a short introduction to theories of leadership and how these apply in reality.

The programme enables you to start to develop your understanding of what leadership is and how you want to develop as a leader. It also serves as a good introduction to Academy learning and our other Leadership programmes to further your development.
