Developing Management Skills programme
The 3-day Developing Management Skill aims to support you to develop key management skills and competencies in order to achieve your objectives, work productively with those around you and lead in an effective and authentic way. The programme will offer you a space to develop your management and leadership practice, as well as gain practical skills and tools that you can take back to your day-to-day work, with your colleagues, your teams, stakeholders and beneficiaries.
It is an opportunity to take the time to reflect on your practice and find solutions to your challenges in a safe and confidential space where the key principles of compassion, empathy, collaboration and kindness will enable you to learn in a positive and supportive environment.
My confidence has grown by sharing experiences with other managers in this group, the buddy groups have been so useful and shown me that other people are having similar issues to me." Previous Learner
