Next Steps in Leadership
Resilient people, resilient places, resilient partnerships
Public libraries play a critical role in shaping a stronger future for individuals and communities. As we begin to look to the future, effective leadership will be essential to support a thriving and resilient public library sector that places community at the heart. Drawing upon the themes of ‘People, Place and Partnership’; Next Steps in Leadership offers an invaluable opportunity for leaders of public libraries across Scotland to connect, share challenges, good practice and experience with peers.
