In celebration of International Women's Day, join us for a very special online #IWD22 event!
A panel of dynamic changemakers and entrepreneurs will discuss how social enterprises around the world are helping to #BreakTheBias when it comes to gender equality. They will also explore the crucial role that effective leadership (in particular self-leadership) plays in tackling gender inequality through our daily mindsets and behaviours as social entrepreneurs.

Thobeka Poswa
The Facilitator for this session will be Thobeka Poswa, a facilitator from SEA South Africa. Thobeka’s career over the last 20 years has been driven by her passion for social justice and development, with a focus on social entrepreneurship. Find out more about Thobeka.

Yasmin Ahmad Mazlani
Yasmin is the Co-founder and Chief Learning Architect at NeOOne Sdn. Bhd. She is presently one of the leading practitioners in Malaysia and leads change and growth in the industry using cutting edge innovative learning methodology.
Muwanenu Makayi Muwanenu Makayi is a self-driven and innovative Financial Services expert with extensive experience in Sales, Strategy Development and Enterprise. She is a Bibliophile who is passionate about self-development and acquiring various skills to increase her individual value. She is involved in mentoring young girls in growing their Leadership capabilities and personal Development to increase their Employability and value.
Tessa Charupatanapongse
Tessa is the co-founder of MindTerra, an early-stage social enterprise promoting mental wellness and well-being. She's also a Program Lead at Borderless360, which works to support refugees and others in similar circumstances. Tessa is a mental health advocate and writer passionate about listening to, connecting with, and empowering the next generation of womxn and young leaders to embody their best selves.
Bayile Adeoti Bayile founded Dechomai in 2015; a social enterprise empowering Black and Minority Ethnic women with leadership and entrepreneurial skills so they can be financially independent. She has a passion for developing and coaching young black and ethnic minority women into leaders and change makers and serves on the Advisory Board of many BME businesses as well as being Vice President for the Scottish Women in Business, Young Enterprise Scotland Alumni Board member, Women’s Enterprise Scotland Ambassador.
