Telling your story - How to measure your organisation's social impact
Accessing funding for any third sector organisation is becoming increasingly competitive. Those who can demonstrate the impact they are having now and are planning to have in the future, will undoubtedly have a significant advantage.
A ‘light touch’ approach to evaluation is no longer enough. A more rigorous and evidence-based approach is needed.
This programme will be delivered over two half day sessions, exploring techniques and tools that will help you tell your story and demonstrate your organisation’s impact effectively, in a way that is tailored to your organisation’s goals and ambitions for the future.
You’ll connect with others working for social change and share experiences as you find the most suitable tools to communicate your impact.
Join this programme to explore how you and your organisation can...
- Identify specific areas you would like to measure
- Explore how to involve stakeholders
- Identify specific challenges and opportunities
- Think through creative ways to show your social impact
- Develop an action plan and explore next steps
