Developing My Leadership
As we look to the future, effective leadership will be essential to support a thriving and resilient museums and galleries sector in Scotland.
Developing My Leadership offers an invaluable opportunity for new and aspiring leaders in this sector to connect, share challenges, good practices and experience with peers. It is designed to support learners in developing key leadership skills in order to work productively with those around them and lead in an effective and authentic way.
Who is it for?
New or Aspiring Leaders working in museums and galleries of Scotland.
Programme Details
Module 1:
22 & 29 September
Module 2:
27 October & 3 November
Module 3:
24 November & 1 December
Where: Delivered online using Zoom
Timing: 10am to 4pm (with regular breaks)
Cost: Charity/Third Sector: £200, Public/Private sector: £385
Accreditation: Learners have the opportunity to complete a 10 credit SCQF level 9 leadership qualification through the Glasgow Caledonian University. The cost of registration is £95 per learner.
