There is an increasing need for third sector organisations to be even more innovative and enterprising as they try to build their sustainability, addressing current challenges and seizing new opportunities.
This 2-day programme is for social enterprises who have been trading for at least two years and are looking to take some time out to revisit their business model and to explore tools for developing financial sustainability and increasing social impact. Join us for a unique and intensive programme.
Who is it for?
This programme has been designed for members of staff of organisations that have been operating for at least two years.
