Enterprising Leadership for the Third Sector
Third sector organisations are naturally adaptive, enterprising and resilient. As our operating environment continues to change, third sector leaders have to keep their skills fresh and their motivation high in order to take advantage of new and exciting opportunities.
Join us for a programme that gives you the opportunity to explore your experience and understanding of great leadership, relate your knowledge to known theories and research and practice some new approaches within a learning group of supportive peers.
Who is it for?
This programme is suitable for current and aspiring leaders in the third and voluntary sector and community-based organisations.
Programme Details
Module 1: Module 2 & 3: 9 & 10 March 2020
commencing 5th May via zoom
Where: Modules 2 & 3 be held each Tuesday In May 2020
Time: 9.15am - 2.15pm
Cost: £300 (There is no fee for participants who work as volunteers in community groups – for example development trusts and community councils)During this programme you will:
- Find out how to use a coaching approach to best effect in your organisation
Reflect on how your leadership style makes a difference
- Have the opportunity to obtain an ILM accredited Award in Leadership at SCQF Level 9
