Take time to develop your understanding of what leadership is and explore the kind of leader you want to become within your school.You’ll connect with others working in the Gaelic Medium in Education.
By taking part in this programme you are eligible to complete an internationally-recognised qualification SEA Award in Leadership credit rated by Glasgow Caledonian University
Who is it for?
This programme has been designed for teachers currently working in Gaelic Medium Education (GME), and existing EME Teachers who are interested in teaching through GME and have a level of fluency sufficient to participate in this programme which will be facilitated entirely in Gaelic. This programme is fully funded by Bòrd na Gàidhlig.

- Gain SEA Award in Leadership qualification credit rated by GCU at SCQF Level 9 which consists of 10 units (this is optional and participants will be expected to pay a £120 fee to gain the accreditation)
- Explore tools to improve your confidence as a leader
- Understand your key strengths and weaknesses as a leader
- Leave with innovative ways to improve engagement in your workplace
