Who is it for?
This leadership programme is aimed at managers and leaders within third sector organisations with strategic and operational responsibilities. It is specifically aimed at those who are keen to understand how to develop their leadership and enhance the role they can play in supporting the direction of the organisation.
Who is it for?
Delivery Method: This programme will be delivered with a combination of in person and online modules. The in person modules will be at Nicolson Square, Edinburgh EH8 9BX. The online modules will be delivered using Zoom. Each day of the programme will be a combination of live, facilitated sessions and some self-directed learning and reflection activities.

Cost: This programme is funded by Scottish Government through Just Enterprise and places are available at the highly subsidised rate of £400.

Participants have the opportunity to complete two 10 credit SCQF level 9 qualifications; Leadership Award and Action Learning in Practice, accredited by Glasgow Caledonian University, at an additional cost of £240
