    • Take time to develop your understanding of what leadership is and explore the kind of leader you want to become. You’ll connect with others working in social enterpising Communities. Hear examples and Inspirational stories of relevant change makers. Establish a peer network of like minded community leaders that share your values and vision.

       Who is it for?

      This programme has been designed for current or aspiring leaders in rural communities, especially those in the Highlands and Islands.
