- who have experienced a decline or a challenge withi their Mental Health
- who would like to work on building their confidence and be a connected part of their community.
- Based in Moray and can travel to ReBoot in Forres
- Willing to get involved
- Discover your own strengths and skills with experienced mentors
- When and where
When and where
- Starts in October 2024
- One day a week for 6 weeks
- 4 days at ReBoot and 2 visits to local businesses
- 10am - 3pm
