Who is it for?

This leadership programme is aimed at managers and leaders within third sector organisations with strategic and operational responsibilities. It is specifically aimed at those who are keen to understand how to develop their leadership and enhance the role they can play in supporting the direction of the organisation.
Programme Details
Delivery Method: This programme will be delivered with a combination of in person and online modules. The in person modules will be in central Edinburgh. The online modules will be delivered using Zoom. Each day of the programme will be a combination of live, facilitated sessions and some self-directed learning and reflection activities.

Time: 10am-4pm

Duration: 10 days

Cost: This programme is funded by Scottish Government through Just Enterprise and places are available at the highly subsidised rate of £450.

Accreditation
Participants have the opportunity to complete two 10 credit SCQF level 9 qualifications; Leadership Award and Action Learning in Practice, accredited by Glasgow Caledonian University, at an additional cost of £300
Your Facilitator

Sally Robertson has been working for the charity and not for profit sectors for almost 20 years. A former senior manager at Oxfam GB she has since worked with a number of organisations across the sector. Read more about Sally here.
