Graduate Academy - Autumn 2024
Come and join the network New Scots Alumni to discuss the challenges that you face and reconnect with your peers. A facilitator will moderate the discussions and support the group discuss issues using Action-learning sets and co-coaching techniques.
Who is the programme for? The sessions are for you if:
- You have attended the New Scots Leadership programme
- You would like to reconnect with your learning and reflect on your development
- You would like to get support overcoming the challenges that you are currently facing
- You would like to reconnect with previous alumni and get support from other refugee leaders
Programme Details
One half day drop-in sessions per month
- 12th Sept - 10-12:30pm, online
- 10th Oct – 10-12:30pm, in person, Glasgow Central
- 14th Nov - 10-12:30pm, online
- 5th Dec - 10-12:30pm, in person, Glasgow Central
Cost: The programme is fully funded.
Your Facilitator
AYESHAH KHAN - Ayesha is passionate about community and works tirelessy to advocate for social justice. Having worked alongside SEA for a considerable period of time and in the third sector since 2002, Ayeshah is a champion for local peoples rights and a voice for those who are marginalised.
