Building Teacher Leadership
The day will develop both a technical and practical understanding of leadership skills. These will be contextualised for classroom teachers, developing the concept of a teacher as a ‘classroom practitioner’, in a continuous improvement cycle of reviewing and developing their own skills.
Who is it for?
This programme has been designed for School teachers who are looking to move towards a management role within their current, or future, post.

Timing: 12 noon - 4.00pm (comfort break at 1.30pm)
