Generate income in a rapidly changing trading environment
Business plans are being redesigned to reflect both the current reality and what might be the ‘new normal’ beyond the present time.
‘Business as usual’ is unlikely to be a viable option. All organisations must review approaches to sales and income generation, whilst being aware that how we operate in the current time will be remembered.
Who is it for?
This programme has been designed for leaders of social impact organisations, whether their income is based on trading, donations, sponsorship or grants.
Programme Details
Programme Dates: - Wednesday the 24th of March, 2.00-3.00
- Wednesday the 31st of March, 2.00-4.00
- Wednesday te 21st of April, 2.00-4.00
There are three live facilitated sessions, and approximately 8 hours of self directed learning which you will do in your own time alongside. Please make sure you can attend all sessions, and do the supplementary activities. Facilitator
Sheila has a varied background in social enterprise development and management. She has set up and managed numerous social enterprises, as well as maintaining her self-employed role as a business and impact measurement consultant.
