Learning Spotlight
Staying connected with staff, volunteers and directors can be difficult. This is particularly true at present, when colleagues might be furloughed or working remotely, volunteers are out of the organisation and we’re not able to meet in person.
The Learning Spotlight resources can be used as a ‘talking point’ to keep everyone engaged. You can share the link by email or whats-app to your remote teams, and invite them to share their thoughts with the group. Or you can set up a zoom / skype call, for a 15 min chat. Both are great ways to ‘check-in’ with your team.
We hope this will help your teams stay connected, and perhaps help inspire a culture of learning and development too.
Who is it for?
- Furloughed Staff
- Dispersed Teams
- Volunteers
- Directors
Programme Details
The Learning Spotlight is a short learning experience, updated regularly on the website. It might be a brief article, video or audio clip, which is topical or relevant to the current reality. We’ll email you with the link, when a new item is available. The Learning Spotlight will...
- Introduce you to a new idea or concept around leadership
- Explain why its important at the current time
- Identify what it means for you in your situation
You might wish to share this with teams you lead - staff, volunteers or directors. You could choose use this as a basis for a regular ‘catch-up call’, to make sure your teams stay engaged, and perhaps a little bit inspired too.
In times of change, the learners will inherit the earth, while the learned will find themselves beautifully equipped to deal with a world that no longer exists”. Eric Hoffer
By signing up, you will receive email updates with our current learning spotlight. The sign up link can be shared with anyone you think would benefit from the learning resources.
