This programme explores skills, mind-sets and behaviours required to lead in through this crisis. You will learn how an enterprising approach can support you to lead your organisations through this most difficult of times, achieve your social impact and rebuild your income streams
Who is it for?
This programme has been designed for members of The Touring Network who are active in the creative and cultural sector.
Programme Details
This is a blended learning programme involving both self-led and zoom based facilitated learning.

- Wednesday 17th, 2pm - 4pm
- Thursday 18th, 10am- 12 noon & 2pm-4pm
- Friday 19th, 10am-12 noon
Cost: Programme Fully funded by Creative Scotland
The programme has given me more confidence as I have been able to focus on my ideas and learned some of the skills to put ideas into practice.
- Explore how to take people with you on the journey and bring about change
- Identify the needs, benefits and challenges of becoming more entrepreneurial
- Gain growth tools that can help organisations to identify ways of becoming more entrepreneurial
Your Facilitator
Your facilitator for this programme will be:
James Hilder has former roles as CEO of Mull & Iona Community Trust, chair of the Argyll & Bute Social Enterprise Network and founder member of the regional Third Sector Interface. Jame now provides consultancy services, delivered through the social enterprise ‘An Roth Associates CiC’.
