We are in the middle of a social and financial storm, which threatens the existence of every organisation. Those organisations that will be successful will be those able to innovate, pivot and meet community needs in this new reality.
This programme is for promoter or performer members of The Touring Network. This six-day programme will address two key questions:
- How do I manage my organisation through this period of change?
- How do I rebuild my organisation’s income streams?
Who is it for?
Members of the Touring Network, who are actively involved in leading their organisation’s work. Learners should be able to commit to both live zoom sessions and an equivalent duration of online learning.

- Explore how to take people with you on the journey and bring about change
- Identify the needs, benefits and challenges of becoming more entrepreneurial
- Gain growth tools that can help organisations to identify ways of becoming more entrepreneurial
