1-2-1 Coaching Sessions
During this time of continued uncertainty and change, taking time to reflect on the last year including any challenges, personal learning and to clarify your aspirations for yourself can be hugely beneficial.
In recognition of this, FACT are offering all staff the opportunity to receive individual 1-2-1 coaching with a Social Enterprise Academy coach or mentor.
These sessions offer you the opportunity to work in a confidential space with an experienced coach and leader to consider what you need to support your own resilience and growth and to explore ideas, options and solutions to help you move forward.
Who is it for?
Available to all FACT staff, this personal development opportunity will allow you to take some time out to pause, reflect and reset.
Programme Details
Where: Flexible, sessions will be delivered remotely
Timing: April to June – session dates/times to be agreed between you and your coach after you have completed the registration form and you have been matched with a coach.
Programme Structure
4 x 60 minute sessions between April to June. During the first 'getting to know you' session, your coach will work with you to establish the remaining dates.
Following the coaching sessions, there will be an opportunity for the whole team to come together to review what the next steps for FACT might look like.
