Re-visioning Rural Communities for young people
Is your community the best it could be? What’s your vision for 2025 and beyond for you, and other young people in your community?
This project invites you to share your vision for alternative ways of shaping society, community, culture and economy.
How to get involved:
- Capture your vision through any medium of your choice; video, song, poetry, art, story, photography, TikTok trend...
- Share it on an online channel such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Twitter, Vimeo, Youtube
- Include #OurRuralScotland2025
- Tag @SocEntAcademy
- Attend an information session if you would like to learn more about this project, be inspired to spark change and work with other young people to create your #OurRuralScotland2025 vision!
How will your visions be heard?
Any content you share capturing your future visions will be gathered by the Social Enterprise Academy, collated into an impactful showcase and shared with the National Lottery Community Fund, Government Policy Makers and other decision-makers to inform new ideas, questions and visions for the future.

About this project
- The project has been funded by The National Lottery Community Fund's Emerging Futures Fund to invest in the creativity of civil society and help amplify the voices of communities through stories, narratives and public imagination projects that can lead to new ideas, questions and visions of the future.
