A development programme for Irish and Scottish Gaelic community leaders looking to shape the future of tourism in their areas
This is a ground-breaking new programme to enable people active in Irish and Scottish Gaelic community-led tourism to shape the development of tourism in their regions.
The programme will help leaders in community-based organisations to understand the rapidly changing nature of tourism and tourists, and the critical role they can play in the development of the tourism sector in their destination and ensure that initiatives are market-led, sustainable and collaborative. We will explore how communities can take control of tourism and how it impacts your local place and people.
Who is it for?
This programme is for Irish and Scottish Gaelic leaders operating in community tourism, who are looking to shape the future of tourism in their wider regions.
