Statement about online learning
All Just Enterprise Leadership programmes will be delivered online using Zoom until June 2022. While we recognise that some of our learners would feel comfortable attending sessions in person, we are committed to making our programmes safe and accessible to all. In the lead up to this winter, we feel unable to offer clarity, to both our learners and facilitators, on what restrictions may remain in place in venues and the impact this would have on the delivery of our programmes. We also cannot be sure of COVID infection rates and isolation requirements and how this will affect each person’s ability to attend our programmes. We have worked extremely hard since March 2020 to develop online versions of all of our programmes that still deliver impactful experiential learning where you can connect with peers in the sector and we are confident that you will have a positive experience in this format. We look forward to engaging with all of our learners on the leadership programmes during 2021 and 2022 and to be able to offer in-person options when the time is right for everyone. The online aspect was great. Being online helped ‘meet’ people from further afield so I’ve gained more connections and a broader spectrum of knowledge.” Previous Learner
