You’ll connect with others community leaders, develop skills to make a difference in your community, and share valuable experiences as you start your leadership journey with a supportive peer group.

This programme is for people who...
- Would like to develop their leadership within their community
- Are from a BAME background
- May have lived experience of being a refugee/asylum seeker
- Would like to connect with others in a similar position, to develop with a network of peers.
