Creating a culture of positive health can help reduce some of the challenges faced by Scottish communities. Housing Associations have a significant part to play in the future health of their local community. Tenancy Groups similarly play a vital role in promoting the health and wellbeing of the individuals they work with. This programme will bring together and support leaders from across Scotland to identify local health challenges, vision a healthy future, and develop plans for creating a healthier community.
Join this 6-day programme to explore how you and your organisation can:
- Recognise the abundance of health and wellbeing opportunities
- Develop skills to lead yourself, lead others and lead within your community
- Understand current and future health and wellbeing challenges through peer learning
- Grow capacity to action new health and wellbeing plans
- Build your network of peers who share a common goal
