Leadership & Wellbeing within My Community - Health and Social Care
Creating a culture of positive health can help reduce some of the challenges faced by Scottish communities. Organisations delivering Disability Services have a part to play in the future health of their clients and their local community. This programme will bring together and support leaders from across these sectors to identify local health challenges, vision a healthy future, and develop plans for creating a healthier community. This programme is to be delivered in partnership with Neighbourhood Networks.
Join this 6-day programme to explore how you and your organisation can:
- Recognise the abundance of health and wellbeing opportunities
- Develop skills to lead yourself, lead others and lead within your community
- Understand current and future health and wellbeing challenges through peer learning
- Grow capacity to action new health and wellbeing plans
- Build your network of peers who share a common goal
Who is it for?
These sessions are for those who want to explore the challenges about health and wellbeing, consider the possible solutions, and how these might be implemented within their community. The sessions will be an interactive, facilitator-led, peer-learning experience that makes our programmes transformational.
