Leadership Development Programme
The Leadership Development Programme aims to support you to tackle the challenges that you face in the fast-paced and sometimes stressful environment of Rape Crisis Centres. It is an opportunity to take the time to reflect on your practice and find strategies in a safe and confidential space where the key principles of compassion, empathy, collaboration and kindness will enable you to learn in a positive and supportive environment.
During the programme, you will develop key leadership skills and competencies that will help you working efficiently with your teams, stakeholders and beneficiaries, achieve your objectives, and lead in an effective and authentic way.
My confidence has grown by sharing experiences with other managers in this group, the buddy groups have been so useful and shown me that other people are having similar issues to me." Previous Learner
