Now, more than ever, the Third Sector requires creative and forward looking organisations led by collaborative and innovative leaders. Grounded on recent research into Third Sector leadership, this programme will support CEO’s to consider how to meet current challenges and opportunities. It aims to enhance your leadership skills, helping your organisation and the sector to continue to thrive and become more sustainable.
Delivered with an interactive approach, you will work with and learn from peers to explore a range of practical concepts and approaches that support you as a strategic leader. The programme focuses very much on the practice of leadership at a senior level, helping you to gain greater personal insight, different perspectives and awareness.
Spread over five months, the programme relies on the group supporting each other to learn and develop. It consists of 10 facilitated learning days delivered in five modules
Who is it for?
This programme offers important space and time for Cheif Executive Officer's to reflect and to think on a strategic level. It provides the opportunity to learn from and with other Chief Executives to gain practical skills that you can apply in your role.

Cost: This programme is funded by Scottish Government through Just Enterprise and places are available at the highly subsidised rate of £200 for 10 days

Accreditation
This programme leads to a qualification by the City and Guilds Group through the ILM, entitled Certificate in Leadership (SCQF Level 9/ILM Level 5). Please note: this will incur an additional cost.
Your Facilitator
James Hilder has former roles as CEO of Mull & Iona Community Trust, chair of the Argyll & Bute Social Enterprise Network and founder member of the regional Third Sector Interface.
