Effective leadership is crucial for organisations experiencing ongoing change and transition in a post-Covid world. Throughout the pandemic, managers often had to step up without the skills and confidence to lead in their best way.
Learners will gain practical skills and tools to support personal and team development, whilst creating motivating and engaging work that builds individual and collective capacity.
Who is it for?
This programme brings together staff and directors of third sector organisations in North Argyll to develop key leadership skills.

By completing this programme you are eligible to achieve an Institute in Leadership and Management (ILM) Award in Leadership (SCQF 9) qualification, awarded through the City and Guilds. To achieve the qualification, you must attend the whole programme and complete one assessment.
